Borrow Books from other South Carolina Academic Libraries through PASCAL

If University Libraries does not have a book you need, you can check PASCAL (the partnership among South Carolina Academic libraries) to see if you can borrow it from another library in South Carolina.  This is a free service and it is faster than requesting books through Interlibrary Loan because books are sent via a daily courier service (rather than through the mail).

What is Interlibrary Loan and how does it work?

Interlibrary Loan is a free service provided by Kimbel Library that you can use to request materials like journal articles and books that the library does not own.  To request something from Interlibrary Loan, login to your Interlibrary Loan account with your CCU username and password and then fill out an online request form.  You can also request items without filling out a form through some library databases.  The video below will show how to request items through Interlibrary Loan:
