Located in Thompson Library Room 115, Coastal Carolina University Libraries' Data Visualization and Virtual Reality Lab is a dedicated space for advanced research and visual analytics. The Lab features three high-powered PCs equipped with a wide array of visualization software and dual monitors, three in-room 90-inch presentation screens for collaborative exploration, and an external monitor for presenting work beyond the lab. Designed to support secure and intensive research workflows, the Lab also offers large-scale private storage for processing and analyzing protected data, making it an essential resource for faculty and students engaged in data-driven inquiry.

After you have processed, refined, and visualized your data, you can easily save it in a variety of formats for distribution to research repositories, send it off for printing to the Makerspace, or store it on your own personal or University accounts for later use.
