People Respecting Individual Diversity and EqualityPRiDE seeks actively raise awareness about the important issues faced by the LGBTQ community, in addition to advocating for the equality of LGBTQ students through collaborative activism, both on and off the campus of Coastal Carolina University.
PRiDE as an organization also serves as a supportive environment for LGBTQ students and allies on campus, offering students a chance to share their own personal experiences while simultaneously learning from the experiences of others.
