Type in your company's ticker on the right side under "Fast Search." In the filing type box, type in "10-k" and press enter. Click the "Documents button" next to the first 10-k that shows in the results. Click the first red link next to the first result labeled "10-k." Use Control + F (for a PC) or Command + F (for a Mac) to search the document for words like "strategy."

Search by ticker for current stock information. To find shareholder information, click on "Holders" to find the major holders (institutions and mutual funds) as well an an "insider roster" which will tell you how much stock the executives and officers of the company own.
