For Faculty

Faculty can request library items be added to Course Reserves, a selection of items that are reserved for CCU students, staff, and faculty exclusively and limited to library-use only. By adding an item to Course Reserves, your students won't have to worry about someone borrowing an item for days or weeks on end because it will be in the library waiting for them.

• Books, videos, models, scores, and similar items owned by University Libraries may be added to Course Reserves without obtaining copyright permission.
• Unpublished manuscripts (e.g., student papers) and copies of off-air recording and dubbed media cannot be added, even with copyright permission.
• Personal items may also be added to Course Reserves with the understanding that library personnel cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
• Items owned by other libraries cannot be added to Course Reserves.
